I'm guessing that all the utilities (power water gas) were out in the main road and they ended where the neighbors house is since his is the only one out there. The JW's probably put the building as close to the neighbors house as possible so they'd save $$ by not having to extend the utilities any further down the road than necessary.
With volunteer labor and everything paid for by donations and backed by a multimillion dollar publishing company, you'd think they'd have sprung for the difference just to make a "good Witness".
Maybe we could take up a collection to buy the guy a flag pole so that he can fly a WWW.Jehovah's-Witness.Net Banner. All the curious ones would be looking it up on their ipads during the meeting.
